Rules to use SBI EMS Mail Service
Instructions of SBI EMS Mail Login:
- SBI employees need to contact the Administrative department /IT service department to create the SBI EMS account.
- The users can now create their own email id/password.
- The email verification process will take place within 24 hours of the creation of email id.
- After verification, the employees can log in with the email id/password.
- Within 90 days the employees have to change the password.
- The employees are not using the email id/password for 90 days, the old password gets expired. In such case, the users again need to create a new password.
- If the password is expired, the users need to contact EMS helpline by sending the Service request via Email to email@example.com to create a new password.
- The SBI EMS Account can be accessed through computer/laptop. But, the DNS should not be changed. If changed, the EMS account will not work.
- The SBI EMS portal is secured with secure socket layer (SSL). Due to this, the account will be locked if the users enter password wrong for 5 times. Once, the account is locked it cannot be accessible for next 30 minutes.
- In case the users wish to change the password, the confirmation will be sent to the registered email id. The users can not terminate the session while using the EMS service.
SBI EMS PASSWORD RESET
The User of SBI EMS is advised to change the password in each 90 days. In final ninety days, the password will expire if you have not got the modified password. Now you will not be ready to login or reset your password to log in. The user has to take the new password from EMS SBI support-desk by sending a service desk request or sending a mail. It can be done from your controller/department admin id. If you are trying over and over with the incorrect password for consecutive five occasions, then your account might be locked for 30 minutes. EMS SBI does not work except you make the DNS changes in your laptop or pc.
